FAIR PRODUCTION Fair treatment is important to us, not only in sport but also in the way we work with all of our partners. That‘s why we pay our dealers fair prices. ERIMA is also committed to strictly respecting human rights and protecting the environment. We share with our partners a commitment to high ethical and environmental standards, which we have set out in our Code of Conduct and strive to uphold in our daily operations. FAIR TRADE With our ERIMA Hybrid Eco, fair play starts off the football field. The ball is made from sustainable materials and Fairtrade certified. The Fairtrade labels identify products that have a fair trade origin. Certain social, environmental and economic standards are adhered to in their production. The aim is to improve the lives of those involved in the production. This is achieved, among other things, by strengthening rights and improving income, working conditions, health protection and financial stability. The Fairtrade premium helps to fund projects that improved people‘s everyday lives, education and health care, for example. SUPPLY CHAIN In line with our company motto „GET TOGETHER AND WIN“, we also place great importance on close cooperation with our suppliers. We have been working with them for a long time, which means we know exactly the conditions under which our products are made. We conduct regular visits, which ensures a high level of transparency and enables us to guarantee high quality and fast delivery for our customers. We work on an ongoing basis with our suppliers to make our products more sustainable. 6

TEXTILES MADE FROM RECYCLED MATERIALS We use recycled polyester made from sustainable materials in our products. Used plastic bottles are collected and processed in a smart recycling process. It is particularly important to us that these bottles have been recycled and not specially produced for this purpose. With our sportswear made from recycled polyester, we can save 32% on CO2, 59% on energy and 90% on water during production, while reducing waste. New yarns are created from this. A variety of fabrics are manufactured from the yarns. Finished textiles BALLS AND ACCESSORIES MADE FROM RECYCLED AND RENEWABLE MATERIALS ERIMA not only offers textiles made from recycled materials, but also high-quality balls and other useful equipment. The Eco water bottle lets you recharge your batteries during training or matches. The bottle is made from sugar cane waste, which is renewable material, and is therefore recyclable, food-safe and BPA-free. You will also find balls made from sustainable materials here, such as the Pure Grip No. 2 Eco Handball with an upper made from PET bottles, or the ERIMA Hybrid Eco Football made from over 70% sustainable materials and Fairtrade certified. And this year we have introduced our range‘s first goalkeeper‘s gloves, the Flex-Ray Match/Eco, made from recycled and renewable materials. 7
